There are two ways, depending on the tag and the machine.

Stainless steel tags can be drilled and fixed with screws or rivets, or supplied with a strong adhesive backing so they stick straight on with no drilling.

Label tags stick on, for places where drilling isn't suitable.

It's priced per asset. Each machine (parent asset) is £100 to set up and £4.00 a month to host. Each sub-asset is £50 to set up and £3.25 a month to host. Extra modules, such as wiring diagrams, PPMs and parts, start from £20 each.

The troubleshooting module is £1,500, and the AI troubleshooting upgrade is a further £1,500. Hosting is billed annually in advance. Contact us for a quote for your site.

£3,000 a year with licences for up to 10 users, or £6,000 a year for unlimited users. It's an annual subscription, paid in full for the year.

SmartTag can also arrange a site visit to accurately scan and map your site onto the CMMS. Price on enquiry.

Yes, we offer a free trial of both systems. The QR system trial gives you one QR tag, supplied as a vinyl sticker, to use with one module. The CMMS trial is free for one month.

There's no obligation to buy either system at the end of the trial.

Yes. The QR system and the CMMS are separate products that each work on their own. They can also be linked together.

Yes. You pay the set-up cost and the subscription for the product you're adding.
